Who writes the report?
A reporter wouldn't be the quickest man with the gun or the loudest in the saloon. He'd be that quiet man who always seems to know everything before everyone else. Every morning, he'd step out onto his dusty office porch and adjust his hat while everyone else read his news. Because in the West, the newsman doesn't always shoot first... but he always knows when the shot's coming.
This trading system today looks at the reporter and tries to anticipate what he'll publish before everyone else and anticipate the move.
